Travel has never been easier! Purchase your ticket before you board, and simply show it on your phone to the driver or conductor.

How does it work?

Mobile Tickets
You can buy anything from 1-hour tickets to 30-day tickets. Choose the ticket that suits your needs and pay securely using Apple/Android Pay or a debit/credit card. Once activated, just show your driver or conductor when boarding—it's hassle-free!

Please avoid using multiple devices for mobile tickets. To prevent multiple people from using the same ticket, your account may be temporarily suspended if you log in or out too often in a short time, or attempt to screenshot your ticket. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, get in touch and we’ll help resolve it.

If you’re unable to show your mobile ticket, we reserve the right to request payment on board.

Children/Young Persons

To use a Child or Young Person ticket, you'll need to verify your age first—this only needs to be done once. Afterwards, you can purchase and use these tickets without carrying your ID.

Getting verified is simple. After purchasing a Child or Young Person ticket, you’ll be prompted to upload a selfie or a photo from your library, followed by a photo of your ID. Accepted forms of ID include a birth certificate, passport, driving license, or any nationally recognised ID card under the PASS scheme. Instructions will be emailed to you, and verifications are usually approved within 24 hours, often faster. If you need to travel sooner, contact our team for manual verification.

You can also get pre-verified via the Blackpool Transport mobile app. This allows you to prepare in advance, avoiding the wait when you need to travel.

Simply click 'Get Verified' on any Child or Young Person ticket and follow the steps provided.
